Xcel Urgent Care offers physical examinations for various purposes, including:

School Physicals (Kindergarten through college): We perform physicals as required by schools and administer required immunizations. Required forms are filled out during the visit. We also perform blood testing to demonstrate immunity.

Sports Physicals: We perform sports physicals in accordance with the American Academy of Pediatrics' standards and provide the necessary documentation during the visit.

General Physicals: We perform work, travel, and general health physicals, including any necessary blood work, drug screening, TB blood testing, and EKG.
