Xcel Urgent Care is approved to perform immigration examinations for individuals seeking permanent residency (Green Card) as required by the USCIS. The medical examination includes an interview, a physical exam, a tuberculosis blood test, a blood test for syphilis, and a urine test for gonorrhea. During the exam, we review your vaccination record and any required vaccines can be administered during the same visit.
Upon your return visit 7 days later, if all tests are normal and your vaccination record is complete, you will be given a completed I-693 form in a sealed envelope for USCIS, as well as a copy for your records.
The fee for the examination is $420 payable in cash, check or credit card. For those under 18 of age, the fee is $380, and for those under 2, it is $320. The fee includes the tuberculosis blood test, the syphilis blood test and the gonorrhea urine test. The fee does not include any additional tests that may be required based on the initial assessment. For example, a positive tuberculosis blood test requires a chest X-ray to be performed and a positive syphilis blood test requires a second confirmatory blood test.
Exams are by appointment only. Please call (844) 923-5227 to make an appointment.

-They have it all. They can do in-office testing and get the results needed asap for diagnosis. In addition, they were able to do and x-ray on my shoulder and have it read by a radiologist rather quickly. -Everyone was personable and professional. The exam rooms were clean and the care was excellent. I highly recommend Xcel Urgent Care. It’s quick and easy. Thank you for excellent car
